Founded two years ago, the Chicago Student Refugee Coalition is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization aimed at aiding newcomer students in their transition to their new homes. The CSRC has hosted and participated in various events, allowing over 4000 students from different backgrounds to engage in community-building activities. Along with this, we have been able to donate over 150k in clothes, board games, and other items that ensure newcomer students are given the childhood they deserve. The gala will feature performances from local artists and groups, our lavish silent auction, amazing food from local catering, and more!
