An event focused on ways to implement nutritional foods while also emphasizing the importance of cooking for community bonding. Nutritionist Laura Field will be giving a small lesson and activity to the kids, as well as a private chef, Sebastian White, who will do a cooking demonstration and lesson for the kids where they will have the opportunity to cook and eat the food as well.
